My family & I really enjoyed our stay at This is It. It was very spacious. The location was great; right on the beach. The sandy walkway made it difficult to get our beach cart to & from the beach. A boardwalk would make it much easier. Overall, we had a great vacation! We love Navarre Beach!

Girl's Beach Trip

This property was perfect for all of our needs for a relaxing Girls Trip. The location was wonderful and the views from the windows and decks were breathtaking. Easy access to the beach and very convenient location were two of the top reasons we chose this particular spot. Will definitely come back!

Great beach location

While not very attractive from the outside, the townhouse inside was very comfortably and invitingly decorated. FYI-no elevator. Views of the gulf are definitely great and the lovely beach is right out the back door! Close to state park for good bike riding and running. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Family Getaway

This property was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. Traveling with a 2 and 3 year olds can be challenging but the property was ideal. Every set of stairs was set up with a gate to keep our littles safe, the selection of sand toys was amazing, and the short walk through the dunes made running back from the beach to the house no big deal. We are already looking forward to visiting again.

Easy beach access

Overall it was a nice place to stay especially the ease of getting to the beach. Right out the back gate and over the short trail was the beach. There wasn’t chairs and umbrellas lining the beach so that was a big plus. We didn’t have any problems finding a spot. Very quiet and not crowded at all. We were very pleased with our stay.

If You Like Quiet, Peaceful Days on the Beach...

...this is the place. We love Navarre Beach for its location, away from the more traveled areas like those further east or west of Navarre. The house was as advertised. A very short walk over the dune and you were on a beautiful beach. We certainly will be heading back to Navarre for our next beach vacation and you can't beat this location. It has everything you need.

Everything was neat and clean. Kitchen fully stocked with appliances. View from both balconies was incredible! One thing I’d change is add a wooden boardwalk to the beach. I’d book again…. If I had the chance!

Relaxing time away

Enjoyed. Great views, & access to the beach. Loved the beach service of chairs & umbrella provided. We had what we needed for a few leisurely days. Internet was a little spotty but otherwise the house met our needs. Spacious for more to join in the future. Navarre seems less crowded and a little slower paced which is what we like.

Great Home

Plenty of room and the view is amazing. Checking in and out was super easy. Bed (only used master bedroom) was comfortable and we LOVED the large low leather couch. Had everything we needed except a hand mixer so I bought one and left it incase another guest may need one in the future. Had our kids over for dinner and there was plenty of space for everyone. Only slight issue was the smell of moth balls (i think) upon entry on the lower level but the smell definitely stuck to us and even though we got used to it (not bad on either upper level) when we got home we smelled it on our clothes and in our hair (this makes me thinks moth balls vs musty smell from moisture). The house and views are amazing though. If you want a million dollar home (we stay in those sometimes too) keep looking but if you are looking to just relax, have beautiful views and be comfortable this place is priced for all of that.

Great place to stay!

The property is spacious, quiet, and homey with a well-stocked kitchen and beautiful ocean views. I’d definitely stay here again. There were a few minor things that could be improved but nothing we felt cause to reach out to the property team to fix while we were there. It would have been nice if the kitchen had pot holders. Also, housekeeping could be improved. There was a stain on one of the fitted sheets and a decorative pillow with a small tear in the master bedroom and stain spots on one of the towels in the master bath. Also one of the bathrooms was missing any hand towels and wash clothes and the other bathrooms just had one wash cloth and hand towel.

Nice place, beautiful view

Beautiful views of the ocean and great place with a short walk to the beach. Some new kitchen supplies such as new pans/pots could be added as there is some wear on them, but still usable. Mostly very clean with the exception of the washing machine, did not use it due to the smell/possible mold on the seals. The twin beds and master bed mattresses were too firm for my liking so a topper would be nice for those. A few minor repairs could be done like doors shutting/locking with ease and a small hole in the carpet/floor at the upstairs bedroom door to the balcony. Nothing that would keep me from staying at the home though. We all enjoyed our stay for the week.
