Walking distance to some of the local eatery/pubs and a small driving distance to the shopping district. Would stay again and totally recommend property!”

“Positives- Clean, spacious, older building, easy selfcheckin, perfectly placed short stroll to train station and main road/eateries, plenty of milk for cuppas. Negatives - thin walls and floors so can hear adjacent people, television could not pick up signal at all, secondary wotif messaging service did not work, there's a cutoff timer for the spa so you can't use it after 8pm.”

“We all had a very good time. The owners and their kids are very lovely people and have been taking good care of the property. This was our second visit after 6 years. We will visit again if we ever visit Ballarat again. Thank you to the owners. 🙏”

“Immaculate home with quality, comfortable furnishings and everything you need to feel at home. We all had the best sleeps (sleep ins, actually) and enjoyed the close proximity to town and shopping/cafes. Despite the central location and being close to rail line, we found it to be a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the host was excellent prior to and during the stay. We highly recommend this property for families or groups of adults on a trip away.”

“My husband, myself & our friend were warmly welcomed by Julie & Greg on arrival! We found the accomodation clean, the kitchen well appointed & overall perfect for our needs. We went for a walk in the bush behind the property & had dinner at a pub in Creswick on our 1st night. We explored Creswick town & surrounds, then attended a wedding on our 2nd day, which was only 10 minutes drive away! Would come back again!”
