Stocked kitchen, lovely outdoor shower (no long wait for hot water) with separate enclosed space for the cam mode. It’s truly a lovely place to stay. Wonderful locations to walk in the nearby orchards, along the river or at the beach. Restaurants, grocery, and stores are all a short walk away. Ample parking as well. Great welcoming host is a wonderful guide to the town……

“We fell in love with San Pancho and the family who hosted us. The accommodations were perfect for a retired couple who enjoy nature. Hearing the sound of the waves at night ranked right up with the spectacular sunsets from the porch, watching the whales breach and the surfers ride the waves. The apartment has steps and it’s on a hill so fitness is necessary. Golf carts are available for rent.”
