"The BEST stay in Senegal! The photos do not do this place justice. It’s a hotel that feels like home. Everything was perfect from staff to facility. The pool is unbelievable. The lodge is less than a year old. Beautiful from inside out. Absolutely could go on and on about my wonderful stay. "We just returned from a month-long stay at Ker Yaye Fatou. As a large family of 7 it offered us more than enough space to fully enjoy one another’s company! Both Mr. Mbaye and Armando Mane made sure all of our needs were met. The house was cleaned daily by Seynabou. which we really appreciated. Mane went out of his way to answer any questions as well as secure and maintain the property. It is a beautiful spacious home not far from the beach, Diamniadio, Yène and Popenguine. The pool was well...

"We had an amazing stay at this beach house. The location was perfect, the house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Overall, it was a great experience and we truly enjoyed our time there. The only area for improvement would be the check-in process and communication, which could have been smoother and more responsive. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again."

Royam Hotel

Royam Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"This is a well run hotel with manicured grounds, nicely decorated rooms and facilities, clean pool and beautiful beach. My only complaint is that the rooms have limited windows and are dark - when one stays at a beach resort, one wants to let the sun in and see the beach or the garden area. There should be floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors. Meaning to wake up with a nice view or not have to go outside into the heat to get a view is what one expects at a beach resort. Also, the food is good but breakfast could benefit from having English items like muffins and cinnamon forsted buns."
