"The 2nd floor smelled like mildew all the time, the TV wouldn’t work, the shower barely had any water coming out, front desk said maintenance would come look, they never did, I don’t recommend this place at all, spend your money elsewhere folks!"

"First room had a television tha didn’t work and second room had dirty towels. Staff was very nice and professional though."

"We were most impressed with the kindness shown to us when we checked in. Warm and friendly. Quick checkin. Fabulous room. Swimming pool was heaven. Breakfast was great. Bed was so comfortable. Loved the pillows. Only quirk the hot tub was not working but other than that the service and the stay was excellant. Definately recommended this hotel. "

"A fresh breakfast is served every morning. Coffee is offered 24/7. Large nice suite. I loved the two room divider that separated the sitting area from the sleeping area. Every Springhill suite doesn’t offer this. The rooms were kept clean and well stocked. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Well pleased with our stay! "

"There was hair on the toilet when we got there, the room was filled with this thick, musk, overwhelming oder. Breakfast was a joke, my lady friend and i didnt dare partake in. Found left over trash in room from the last guest, and roaches in the halls. The lights went out in the entire property and we could here guests walking up and down the halls past our room being loud, and childish about the whole situation. Will definitely not be returing to this property."

"This was our first time staying at a Tru. The room was large with lots of space but there was only one rolling chair and no other chairs to sit on. The beds were platform beds so they were only so-so on comfort and my wife and I both woke up stiff. The bathroom was clean and spacious, but the tub was very slick and slippery. There was also no fan in the bathroom, so it fogged up completely and then drifted into the main room. The breakfast was decent. We were disappointed the laundry machines were not in the Tru itself but in the residences across the way, so we did not do our laundry there like we had planned. A little too lean on comforts - we will probably look elsewhere next time passing through. "

"The staff was great do not offer continental breakfast and now you have to pay five dollars for parking. The bathroom in our room had rust on the air vent and the shelves in the bathtub needed to be recalled. They look like they were about to fall off you like staying there just need a few little things to be fixed."
