Drury Plaza Hotel Richmond
10/10 Excellent
"Checking was a BREEZE. The staff was, courteous and friendly. My hotel room was CLEAN. I’d STRONGLY RECOMMEND this hotel. Enjoyed my stay immensely."

Candlewood Suites Richmond - West Broad by IHG
4/10 Poor
"1.) Charging a $7 per day fee to stay on the property is a rip off. It was not explained or noted in the booking process. Otherwise, I would not have chosen this hotel. 2.) Dogs barking half of the night. 3.) Card machine was not accepting my payment so had to use a debit card instead of CC. 4.) TV service is horrible. The remote barely worked and the internet connection was mediocre. Causing the TV to glitch alot. Will never stay at this property again when visiting Richmond, Virginia."

Linden Row Inn
6/10 Okay
"Room was very spacious, but old carpeting doesn’t give a clean feeling or smell. Restaurant was not open. Downtown is not vibrant. I ended up eating outside the downtown area."

Holiday Inn Express Richmond - Midtown by IHG
8/10 Good
"Centrally located, convenient breakfast and parking. Elevators were not functioning properly and they charge for parking"

Wingate by Wyndham Richmond Short Pump
2/10 Terrible
"Our room was gross. There were hand prints on the door. Dirty towels folded like they were clean. Marks all over the walls. Peeling wallpaper. The AC was out in the lobby/breakfast area. The fitness room was dated, dirty, no towels and broken equipment. We were only given 2 towels for 3 people the entire stay. When I asked for additional towels, I was given an attitude. When I explained the room situation I did not get an apology. Nice location."

Graduate by Hilton Richmond

"Towels were dirty. Replacement towels were dirty. They have a dirty towel problem."

Studio 6 Richmond Airport

"The hotel was fine if you just need a place to sleep for a night. We were thankful that they took dogs and there was only a $10 per night fee. The hotel room was completely hard floors, which is fine but they were so sticky that our shoes just stuck to the floor. I don't know if it's from the cleaners they use, but it was just really gross to walk across and have your feet stick to the floor. Don't expect the staff to help you in anyway. There's only one person on staff when I asked if they had a hairdryer they said I had to come down to the front desk to get it and return it immediately after. When we asked for fresh towels the next day. (because I used most of ours to try and wipe the floors up so they weren't sticky.) they were so stingy about giving us clean ones. We had to bring all of our dirties down and exchange them out for the exact same number of towels that were in the room to start with. I wanted to get more pillows, but I knew that would be impossible after the towel fiasco. And they just weren't friendly at all. I guess you get what you pay for which we got a very good rate for our room and the hotel itself look nice and clean, but our room was definitely not. It's just not a very comfortable place but it is fine if you just need a quick overnight sleep."

"Checking in the staff member wasn't very friendly and talk so fast we had to ask her to repeat what she said. Left for the day but when came back room wasn't cleaned and no clean towels"
