「The room did the job - but numerous issues. Missing some basic necessities like a bedside light. Had to use the public wifi from the bar downstairs which was choppy at best. The problems started right from the beginning. Check in according to the website was 10:00pm. But at 8:30pm I had a message saying I wouldn't be able to check in after 9 as the bar shuts at that point. I was on a train so unable to get there for that time, and somebody very kindly stayed to let me in, but they still...

「Checking in was really easier, we were shown around and then to our room. If you are going to stay here definitely book the mountain view room "Parc", modern spacious room. The train station is a short walk which is great for getting around. Thank you for a great stay. All staff were really friendly. 」

「Lovely building and room with a brilliantly big bed and view out of the balcony. There were just a couple of points which made it less than perfect. The waterfall shower was great however the normal shower head did not work which was irritating as I wanted to keep my hair dry. It was also advertised with Expedia as having a continental breakfast included. This was not the case. We had 2 small bottles of orange juice and a couple of small packets of cereal (like you find in a variety pack)...

「What a fantastic B&B, free parking right behind if you are lucky. 「Nice small cosy room that was toasty warm. Only marked it down as the milk in the little pots was just a solid mass of gloop so could not make a drink. A note on the wall advised that milk was available downstairs in the bar, which is no good if you make a first brew after the place is closed. 」
