「First impression is that this is Good place. 」

「Property was clean with new carpet throughout. Room was ok, furniture and vanity were somewhat damaged. Bed was comfortable with actual blankets (personally I hate the heavy comforters that most places use). Breakfast was ample but all starches.」

「Hotel was not even open when we arrived. Arrived for a very late checkin after a full day of travel to find hotel closed for remodeling. Credit card had been charged for the stay. Was forced to find another hotel at 1am. Extremely frustrating. Beyond upset. 」

「I think that the staff was friendly, informed, and always on top. My grandchildren were allowed to come and swim and the hot tub in the room was great for relaxing before bed! This is going to be my permanent vacation spot in lincoln! Thank you all」

「A gorgeous home turned into a Bed and Breakfast, and the proprietors spare no expense. I have never slept on sheets THAT COMFORTABLE...simply unbelievable.」
