「I’ve stayed here many times and was always satisfied with the service in the past, but this time it was less than good. I was there 5 days and out of that time they came in only one day to give me clean towels and empty the trash, but only after I tracked down someone to do it. That was the one and only time they even came into the room so no beds made, trash dumped, or clean towels. It was definitely a disappointment.」

「Hot tub was half full and had hundreds of bugs in it, spiders, beetles, flies, etc. they said it was down, it smelled awful and made the whole pool room stink. The pool was also ice cold. A door labeled “restricted access” was propped open with no one around the whole time. A ceiling fan in the pool area was covered in crud and dirt…looked nasty.
