「Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in).
A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming.
Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...

「Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. 」

「Comfortable and cozy living area and very spacious bedrooms, this cottage is an amazing getaway. The large pond at the edge of the garden, with lots of fish was a winner for our two boys aged 8 and 9.
We saw a kingfisher and quite a few amazing birds casually dropping by.
The welcome biscuits where a definate treat and we will be returning. 」

「A beautiful cottage. Equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. Both bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and a homely living room.
Check in and out was easy - great communication beforehand. We were also given lots of great local information and sightseeing guides. All of the safety and fire information is also readily available at the cottage.
