「The room was clean but needed a repair done to the floor on the bathroom and the splash back behind the sink. Clean and comfortable. Lovely friendly staff」

「Beautiful old main building and well constructed new wing that blended seamlessly with the old main Hall. However, due to the layout and lack of lifts it meant a really long walk from our room to the main reception area. The Hotel seemed to have a lack of staff - the very nice mature lady at reception, was multitasking and ended up carrying our bags up to the room. This staff shortage manifested itself later when we went to have dinner - to be told that the gas was off in the kitchen and...
