“When Hilton launched the Tru brand, I was on board and stayed at them often. My recent visit to Sebring Tru has made think that this brand has run its course. I see the property is starting to show its age. The bathroom had some issues, nothing major just wear and tear. I was never able to get the AC set correctly, I either had it cold or hot. The staff were there nothing exceptional, nothing horrible. Just seems this hotel is average and that is not what I expect at a Hilton.”

“It was truly the worst experience I have ever had with any motel/hotel. I was turned away in the rain after I had paid days earlier on the app. I was only refunded a portion of my money. I was also asked to pay an extra $100 at check-in. The staff didn't know how their own systems worked. Very disappointing. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone especially My family and friends.”
