A terrible roadside hotel, it doesn't even deserve a single star. The pictures shown online and on Expedia are misleading and unrealistic. The staff is rude. The breakfast, which consisted of waffles and ciriel, was removed at 9:05 am, and the staff didn't inform the customer that breakfast would be removed at 9:05 am. We booked the hotel for two days and barely stayed one night. The pillows and bed were terrible. The two dogs in the next room were barking incessantly, making it impossible to sleep. We told them we would be leaving the hotel in the morning and wanted a refund, but the hotel said they couldn't. Expedia said they would give us a $75 credit for later. We told them it was the hotel's fault we left and that they should refund us for the day we didn't stay, but no one listened to me and they charged us for the breakfast and the room we didn't have. I emailed the manager about this, but I haven't heard back. Please don't go to this hotel with any peace of mind. If you are going to buy tickets from Expedia, think twice. I will stop booking with Expedia because they do not stand behind their customers. As a regular traveler, I will stop buying tickets from Expedia from now on.
