We have 2 small children, and it was so very nice to have the closet full of toys which kept the kids busy the whole time we were there. We felt like there was such attention to detail, and that everything that you could possibly need had been thought of. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and a pleasure to work with. “Perfectly appointed with anything one might need- down to baking supplies and Aveda bathroom products. The beds are extremely cozy with extra pillows and blankets in reach. The home location is very close to town and the quick walk across the two lane, safe crossing, highway to the ocean. Highly recommend.”

The river is accessible via two trails and a meadow separates the cabin from the river. The cabin itself is luxurious. The house had everything we could possibly want/need and ticks all the boxes for nice outdoor seating, hot tub, fire pit, bbq, games, beach chairs, etc. I was worried about the hot tub being in “front” and how that might affect privacy but it didn’t at all and you can……

It is an easy drive to the beach but walking would be dangerous as you would have to walk on the highway with little shoulder. Seabrook is lovely and we had good meals there at Kokos and Frontage Pizza.”

“Loved the beachfront location, the hot tub, and everything else this property had to offer. Kids and parents loved the ping pong table! The house could have been a bit cleaner, and there were a couple outlets that needed the covers replaced. But it was so cozy, we just didn’t want to leave! Tried to see if we could add another day, but it was booked, of course. It’s difficult to get any better than this in Moclips! Will be back, for sure.”
