"This was a great experience. The room was clean and had a feeling of luxury. The fridge was stocked with refreshments and the room even had fresh fruit. The spa was fantastic. The breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet were hard to leave behind after my stay. The staff was extremely helpful catching and directing taxis. Also, this hotel was the quietest hotel I have stayed in. It was busy, so I do not know if the guests are courteous or the walls were thick. The bed was softer than expected in Asia, so this was great as an American traveler. My wife and I slept so well. Compliments also to the cleaning staff. Great job making us feel cared for."
