「We had an amazing vacation here at Sutton’s Roost. Home was terrific for us and our kids. Tons of room, well stocked kitchen, hot tub and sauna to calm our aching muscles after hiking all over the place. Upper back porch to relax and eat and watch the stars. 「It was lovely. The house was clean and well layed out. Washer and dryer were great, bedding comfortable. We really enjoyed the porch. Lovely view of the 15th hole. And we were able to walk the cart path prior to the club opening and it was a challenging walk. I am a nature lover and this house had an abundance of flowers in the yard. Birds and wildlife. It was also a pretty easy walk to the overlook just down the hill. 1 of the best views at Wintergreen. Hike back up was a little more strenuous....

「The house was very clean and entry was easy once we found the lock box. The open floor plan was especially nice for our family group of 10. All the bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances were new and all worked well. The kitchen was very well stocked with small appliances, dishes, flatware, cookware, and spices. We really enjoyed the large deck with a view. We ate every meal alfresco! It was a memorable July 4th weekend for the entire family! 」

「There were a few little hiccups, the top bunk bar was not attached (not an issue as it wasn’t fully needed) and the oven was broken but I message the owner and he replied back very quickly. Neither were an issue for us. The house was perfect! Plenty of cooking supplies for our crew of 12. We loved the deck and spent plenty of time out there and there were more than enough towels for everyone. The check out rules were very clear and reasonable.
