Pilotview Hollow is a stunning NEW home right off the iconic Nelson 151 Brew Trail. The three story house is located in Nellysford, Virginia surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains, award-wining wineries and located 30-mins to Charlottesville and Waynesboro. The house features ample living space, 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
FIRST FLOOR:
LIVING ROOM - large, open concept living space with ample seating, wood burning fireplace and smart TV
DINING ROOM - dining space for 6 guests
KITCHEN - fully stocked kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge and custom range hood, Nespresso machine and coffee pot
LAUNDRY ROOM - washer and dryer available for guest use (laundry detergent provided)
POWDER ROOM - half bathroom in hallway
BEDROOM 1 - king bed, two nightstands with lamps, dresser and lounge chair
BATHROOM 1 - private ensuite with double sinks, walk-in shower, toilet and large walk-in closet
SECOND FLOOR:
BEDROOM 2 - twin bunk bed
