Seaesta at Little Beach permits one dog, and with the enclosed yard and garden, your furry friend will feel right at home. The yard is perfect for the children and fur babies to run around and play for hours. Enjoy undercover entertaining area with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ, an ideal spot for al fresco dining or enjoying the cool evening breeze. The property's outdoor cold/hot shower is perfectly placed to wash off the sea's residue after a day spent at the Little Beach. An additional outdoor toilet incorporates a hand held pet washing area.

Wests Diggers is a 200m walk across the road which is perfect for if you’re wanting a dinner out or entertainment. Childrens playground, fish and chip takeway and a licenced waterfront restaurant, where you can enjoy a tapas share plate on the deck while taking in a spectacular sunset, all with in a 7 minute walk through Little Beach Reserve pathway.

A bus stop on Norburn Street is 50 metres from the property.

Long-term renters are most welcome and will be charmed by the comforts offered here, including a front loader washing machine, clothes dryer, double carport, and even dedicated parking in the driveway for your boat if you choose to engage in some thrilling water sports and side access making it easy to secure a jet ski or pushbikes.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
