「Everything was great...but...when we decided to call it a night and wanted to watch a bit of TV you scored a big zero. Most hotels have minimum TV selection...but they do give access to a streaming service like Netflix. This hotel did not give us the option. We had to watch the minimum selection. They would have received a perfect score otherwise. Thank you.」

「We were visiting relatives in Nelson. The rest of our party was at the camp ground, so the fact that the resort was close by was great as was the kitchen when it was our turn to cook. The staff my wife dealt with were super helpful and the cost was quite a bit less than other less convenient options in town.」

「The property wa OK however I thought I had reserved at the Prestidge Spa location not realizing they has 2 locations.
The train went through at 2:34 AM and the tracks are inky a few feet from your room…. so not a good sleep.
I guess a lesson learned you get what you pay for…
would not stay there again. Because of the location.」
