Neskowin Village Beach House 2 Blocks to Beach Access- Pet Friendly-Fire Pit

The Neskowin Villa is a welcoming top notch Neskowin Village home, including all of the furniture, dishes, beds, well, everything. It's like being at home but having the beach within walking distance. The upper level has an open floor plan for family and friends to gather and share old and new memories, play games or enjoy a meal prepared in the fully stocked high end kitchen. There is WiFi, 2 TVs and 1 DVD player available for use. Your pet companion is also welcome with a per pet fee. There is a large wrap around deck with a propane BBQ and a sizable outdoor dining table with plenty of seating. You will find bicycles and helmets located in the garage for exploring the village or stroll 2 blocks to beach access. The backyard has a large picnic table long with a fire pit so bring your wood and ingredients to make smores. The 1800 sq ft house is on a little used side road, no traffic. Pull your clubs down the road to the Neskowin Golf Course.

Centrally located on the Scenic Oregon Coast, you can take day trips and explore north or south or head inland to wine country. The Neskowin Villa is a comfortable home with all the amenities for a superb vacation. The same families return year after year. This beautiful home is a sweet coastal escape and will easily become a favorite destination for your getaway. What are you waiting for?

Neskowin is a pristine beach located just on the north side of the dramatic Cascade Headland along with Proposal Rock and miles of beachcombing. Look for the ghost forest during low tide. The village has 2 restaurants, an ice ice cream shoppe and the trading company for supplies and take out pizza.

Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. Multiple pets require multiple fees. Pets must please stay off the furniture and beds and never left alone inside the house or garage unless in a kennel. Pet limit is 2.

Daily visitors are not allowed without management's approval. No street parking allowed.

Long weekend getaway

New Years Family Get Away

Very cozy and comfortable house but with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped with room for more than one person. Just a short walk to the beach.

Delightful Rainy Weekend with Friends

Although it rained sideways for 24 hours, the 6 of us enjoyed the comforts of this beautiful beach home. A well-equipped kitchen, big dining table (indoors and out) comfortable beds, fireplace and living areas suited for good conversations made our friends-weekend really special. The covered deck and table was a plus for a little artwork, and lots of games were available to choose from. We especially appreciated being able to bring our sweet dog, who loves all that the beach offers. Who cares about the rain when you can watch a dramatic ocean, observe a juvenile elephant seal in the creek, or see a pair of eagles soaring through the trees?

Neskowin Beach House

We had a wonderful visit. The house was everything we needed and more. We shared lots of meals in a well stocked kitchen, sat around the fire in the backyard with s’mores, walked to the beach, relaxed on the deck, and more. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. We were very impressed with how well equipped the home was since we prepared all of our meals in the house. The location is just a short five minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The housekeeper needs to do a little better job at cleaning. We took a few pictures, but I think the grossest thing was the dried up wad of gum that was stuck to the back of one of the drawers that we needed to move our of the way. We also found a few bugs/spiders in the house. The one thing I would really suggest is a bigger water heater. If you are going to supply such a huge, amazing jacuzzi tub, they you should have a bigger water heater to accommodate that much hot water. The house was beautiful, quiet and cozy! My family of 5 adults had a wonderful 3 night vacation. Thank you for allowing us to borrow your home for the weekend.

Family at House for Thanksgiving weekend

The property was perfect for a family of four and a grandparent. With two bedrooms and bath upstairs off living area and a bedroom, bath, and separate sitting room downstairs, everyone had their our own space. Beautiful "Shaker-like" wood furniture throughout and open concept kitchen made the stay for Thanksgiving weekend a lovely experience. Of course the sunny weather helped...November walks on the Neskowin Beach were only a 2 minute walk away. Would stay there again any time of year.

Our stay was lovely. Our pre-teens wanted to stay longer! The house was as adverised and beautiful. It was also very clean, and check in was easy. It is next to other homes and just a generally quiet neighborhood.

Nice spot for a Family Get-away

The house sits on a quiet road, with a short walk to the beach. Immediate beach access is a little tricky with the rock steps but easy ramp access is a couple blocks over. Very clean home with most of what you’d need. If you plan to cook meals, you may want to bring your own spices, but otherwise, adequately stocked kitchen. Very nice place to stay!

Great Neskowin house

Very nice house, a short walk from beach access in quiet Neskowin. No ocean view, but the roominess and great condition of the house makes up for that. It was well equipped for making Christmas dinner, which we appreciated. We particularly appreciated the quick response of the rental manager, Katie, when the fireplace had a problem. A great rental.

Multi generational beach weekend.

The house is a great space for multi-generational families. We wanted a more quiet setting with lots of space and it worked perfectly. The house was very well equipped. Our granddaughter (nearly 4) loved the choice of bikes. The large covered upper front deck was perfect for all the sandy boots, shoes, and gear. It also served as an inviting sunny location during a crisp October weekend.

Amazing house, amazing vacation!

Myself and my family have been vacationing in Neskowin for over 40 years and we have stayed in several vacation rentals over the years. We just can’t say enough good things about this house! It fits our family perfectly. Everyone had their own room/space, the wrap-around deck is a great extension of the already comfortable living space inside and the short walk to the beach was perfect for all of us, children included. We enjoyed game nights at the table and s’mores around the awesome fire pit area, as well as a great view of the Super Blue Moon! So many memories were made at this house and we can’t think of anything that could have made it better. We are already planning our trip for next summer!

every good thing

Clean, updated, all the comforts of home and then some. Had a moment of panic when I noticed virtually none of the reviews were very recent but I should have feared not - the house is as advertised and maybe better. Perfectly situated on a little-used road in the heart of the village just steps from the beach via a nice little trail. Very easy to book and ask questions. The bikes are a cool amenity although one of them seemed not to be working for our kids. If I could change anything I would add more towel racks or hooks, and sharpen the kitchen knives. All in all, nearly perfect. I really hope to return someday.

Perfect!

Neskowin Village Beach House was exactly as shown. Even better. The house was extremely clean, the beds comfortable and cozy, the furniture was comfy and in excellent condition. Well stocked kitchen with sharp knives!! Very clean bathrooms. It does get chilly downstairs, but they have an excellent space heater to take the edge off. Easy location. Katie with the rental agency communicated well. Quick jaunt to either Pacific City or Lincoln City. Super close and easy access to the beach. You won’t regret booking your stay here!! A note for management: the spot light in the ceiling by the range hood needs to be replaced. For future thought-a larger table downstairs to play games or set up puzzles so we don’t have to take over the dining table.

Ladies Weekend at the Beach

The house and location were great! My group of friends stayed here for a long weekend of walks on the beach, cooking amazing comfort food and enjoying a getaway from everyday life. The beach is long, clean and easy to get to. Just a block away. The house is well maintained, clean and cozy. I was surprised that all of my cooking needs were met. I brought more from home than I needed because I'm not accustomed to having all of the cooking/baking supplies available at a rental. My only criticism is that this is technically not a 4 bedroom house as advertised. There are 2 living rooms, 1 on the main floor adjacent to the kitchen with no TV, and 1 downstairs with a TV and a sofa sleeper. I don't consider this a "bedroom". It worked for our needs; however, had we wanted to watch TV, it could have been an issue. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Neskowin. There are a few things that were negative though. There is no TV or stereo in the main living area, so if you want to watch a movie with your family or listen to music when you’re cooking or playing games that is not an option unless you use your phone or a computer for music. (There is a family room downstairs though). Which brings me to my second negative about this home. The lower level of this home was FREEZING, to point that it wasn’t even worth it to be down there. And if you crank the heat up then it’s too hot upstairs 😔. Lastly all of the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced, they were very used, the non stick was coming off and appeared to have some rust so we really weren’t able to cook. It’s a nice home, just giving an honest review
