"A little older property but very clean, conveniently located on a beach, next to strip of restaurants, bars, supermarket. Nice kitchenette with full-size fridge. Pool area very small but beach is very nice. "

"Everyone was nice. Loved our stay. The oceanview 2 bedroom 2 bath accommodation we had for a family of 4 was great. The ocean view in the living room and the balcony were really beautiful. Although weather was windy and the beach water is a bit cold when you first go in, the water is so calm and clear, no waves as they are coves. The pool is heated. Excellent place to stay near the airport. It has a lot of restaurants around but we had breakfasts in the Cabana Bar and Grill twice. "

"The staff, food, location were excellent. The room had a wonderful view and was very comfortable. The area under the sink and around the toilet could use a good scrubbing. All other areas were very clean. We enjoyed our vacation at the HOLLAND HOUSE and we are looking forward to a return vacation."

"Stay away, the room had a moldy smell I was sick for the first 3 day of my stay ( difficulty breathing)until they brought a fan to assist with the odors. The furnitures were very old and funky. Beautiful view from the balcony. Lay out decent but the place need a complete rehab."
