「Colazione decente, camere vecchie e sicuramente da rimettere in sesto. Doccia con soffione fisso, letto che scricchiola .. un po' tutto obsoleto insomma. Per il prezzo mi aspetterei qualcosa di più mantenuto e non così vecchio. Non avevamo il balcone. La camera non era nemmeno stata fatta arieggiare.」

「Great place to stay in the city center. We have stayed here 3 times already. Right by the water and beach. Totally recommend.」

「Reason for stay was that we landed late at night & didn’t want to arrive at our city centre apartment in the dark & when contact with owners were limited. Map shows it being a short walk from the terminal; however, that is as the crow flies - walking would take 2hrs when we mapped it out. There is a free shuttle to the train station & then into Rome but it wasn’t clear how to get it & the bus drivers not helpful. We ended up getting a taxi for which we were charged €25 - he said it was minimum...

「Tidy and clean property, close to Ciampino airport (you will need a taxi/bus) and train station (walkable). The host let us in and sorted a taxi for us for the morning. Close to local amenities.」

「Au calme ce country house est très agréable car un peu excentré du tumulte et de la foule de Rome. Idéalement il faut avoir une voiture pour profiter pleinement de l’endroit. Garer vous à Ciampino stazione (6,90€ la journée avec Easy Park), 1,50€ pour 10 minutes de train et vous arrivez à Tremini d’où partent tous les bus (1,50€ les 100 minutes) et à vous Rome si vous avez de bonnes chaussures. Chambre spacieuse et très calme, buffet de petit déjeuner parfait avec tout ce qu’il faut sale comme...

「Gorgeous. We stayed here on our way to Rome for some relaxation and it was perfect. There aren’t too many rooms, but it is a huge property so you feel like you have the place to yourself. 2 pools to choose from and a hot tub. The hot tub wasn’t very warm but maybe wasn’t turned on. They give you a little sheet to fill out what you want from breakfast, and it it straight from their garden and very abundant - and free! Gorgeous place would stay again.」

「A hidden gem right outside of Roma. The architecture and history were unique. We were greeted by the caregiver, Miguela and he turned out to be a wonderful friend throughout our journey. We had lunch on the patio that was delicious and headed to the pool for a relaxing afternoon. In the evening we had a wonderful dinner on the terrace overlooking the countryside. Overall a wonderful experience we highly recommend.」

「Amazing hosts and wonderful accomplished and location」

「Room had a very nice, large balcony with 4 chairs with a view of the beach and sea which is across the street from the hotel. The room is not fancy but good. The air conditioner worked very well. There is no parking lot or garage (the ad on expedia is misleading on that) and you have to park on the street (which can be full) at a meter. But overall it was a good place to stay.」

「A brief stopover on the way from and back to Rome Ciampino airport. Literally 5 mins away. Lovely host and very sweet little B&B. 」

「Not a modern and new hotel but very clean and nice staff. Not far to Rome, and with acceptable price and quality. Nice and smiling staff. Easy to park, maybe due to the low season. The light was white in the room, we don't like in night. The water flow in bathroom is somehow weak.」
