“Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung ist für Leute die viel unternehmen einfach ideal. Man hat alles was man braucht, abends kann man auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Abend ausklingen lassen. Ich war mit meiner Frau und unserem Hund schon das zweite mal dort und sind super zufrieden. Super geschlafen, Nordhorn City Fußläufig erreichbar, einkaufen auf der anderen Straßenseite, Wohnung top, Bad super, an & abreise völlig unkompliziert. Gerne immer wieder.”

“Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, oberflächlich war's okay, aber Staub und Spinnweben waren in einigen Stellen zu finden, Fenster waren auch verschmutzt. Einige Lichter waren kaputt, für die Fernbedienung haben wir neue Batterien gekauft. Es fehlte zuerst noch Geschirrtuch und Handtuch,die bereits vorhandenen Handtücher waren feucht. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht richtig,da eine Fernbedienung fehlt. Die Heizkörper sind nicht entlüftet und deshalb gluckern sie und heizen nur teilweise.……
