「Checked in on Saturday and out early Monday, while the team works Monday to Friday. Everything was smooth, but in case of any issues, there is no support over the weekend. It would be helpful if the team could reach out on Thursday to let guests know their working hours and check if there are any questions.
Great location, close to the underground and bus stations. The room is clean and tidy, with a comfy bed. One of the toilet paper rolls was partially wet, so only one clean roll was...

「The apartments are well located (a few stations by U5 from HBhf). Ours was ample, with nice parket floors, new bathroom installation, good light and ventilation. Usable kitchen. The only issue was that it was very dusty. A more thorough removal of dust in the floor and corners prior to arrivals would be much better. We tried to use the vacuum cleaner but it was also full of dust.」

「The door unlocking and locking system is , very, very hard to navigate via key pad and two door handles. The instructions just did not fully explain the process, and I do not think words are enough. There needs to be a demonstration of some sort. Also key pads are a bit touchy, and I think they time out if there is a pause in the process. Not sure if the listing specified that there was no air conditioning. It should. Fan provided was helpful. Otherwise, the accommodations were acceptable. It...

「This was a great place to stay. It was a nice quiet unit on the ground floor. It was perfect for two people. It was easy to get an Uber to all the places we wanted to go, but far enough out to be a quiet retreat from the bustle of the city. Would definitely stay again. The check in was easy and they supplied a few referrals to different cafes and restaurants. There is even a grocery store across the street」
