So you will literally be either sweating to death or cannot sleep because of the noise. Hence avoid between June and September. Otherwise you are good!"

The cleaners must have dropped one dirty item when emptying the bin previous day. That was disturbing to see. There is no elevator in the property in case someone requires that.
