“Booking through Expedia was seamless, Placemakr reached out a couple days later and sent link to do the registration process that they require. On same day of check-in, email was sent with the information needed to be ready for check-in process(done through Latch app). *Note: Be sure to always have a charged phone since it is needed for access for ALL doors* Parking in private garage was only $10 a night but def. worth it since its not in the safest spot of Reno. “Everything was great. Rooms were clean, spacious. A recommendation is to add more lighting. It was very yellow (tower 1 36-306 and 308). Nothing to complain about but just worth noting”
