“Kai's place is a completely remodeled suite in the MGM Signature Towers with a comfy bed and great Vegas decor. A nice departure from the otherwise dated rooms at this property.”

“Stayed here when it was a Howard Johnson. It's much safer now. Reasonable price. TV didn't work and the front desk told me that's why they gave me a 20% off coupon for Denny's but I worked in hotel before and had the same issues, and also gave Denny's coupons just for the stay. Do I'm unsure how true that is. Either way, it was a reasonable price to stay in a safe part of Vegas”

“My guest and I felt at home at Elaine’s place and the strip and so much more was literally minutes away. I’ll definitely be adding this location to my archives. Thanks again for the stay!”

“We enjoyed a very cozy and delightful stay! Communications with the host were excellent. Our visit to Baker included a tour of Lehman Caves. This property is conveniently located close to Great Basin Park.”

“Petfect”

“We loved our accommodations here at the Signature Towers. The room was fabulous and very comfortable. Very roomy and clean with all the amenities we needed for our long weekend in Vegas. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We would definitely book again.”

“Do not book here the rooms are disgusting”

“The exact location is hard to find due to poor street lighting; the design does not allow for easy access to the entry door and there is no way to control the temperature in the room. The property owner allows for use of a ceiling fan but in the Las Vegas summer, that just won't do. The room was sweltering so we had to book a hotel not far. The owner was horribly rude & tragically unfriendly in every way. Awful experience overall, we left immediately.”

“Convenient to Strip”

“Amazing stay with every amenity possible. I would highly recommend the casita and hosts.”

“Great location for Vegas, excellent community pool and hot tub, and rooms were clean and well stocked.”

“The room was slightly dirty . Blood stained carpet , torn curtains, restroom dirty with human bodily fluids on the toilet seat . My best suggestion pay a bit more money and get a better quality Hotel .”
