"They made us wait 2 hours for a room because our flight was delayed and they gave our room away as soon as it hit midnight. We were checked in by 12:09 AM, and were told we’d receive a text with our room number. After an hour front desk finally told us we don’t have a room. Didn’t get a room until past 3 AM."

"we specifically booked in this hotel for convenience because it was close to the event's location. We paid premium to secure the slot. Instead they overbooked and threw us out to different hotel, making it so inconvenient, we had to pay extra for taxi fare to go to the event. They said they were going to refund the hotel and pay for our taxi fare to compensate the inconvenience but they they never did. I am not very impressed with the services."
