“Host was great at responding until after we checked in. Accommodating an early check in and an ESA animal. That's where 2 star is.Overall place inside is dated. Lots of wear and tear. Signs stating don't break you pay makes it hard to relax, especially when you sit down and your caving into the furniture.Tables are wobbly, so i wouldn't say super friendly to young kids. There is fenced yards, but children have to be attended at all times. (Most of ours where 11, so felt weird)Shower off……

“Communication with the host at least initially was poor as I hadn't received the initial check in code key info and finally had to call VBRO who got in touch with the host Natalia. I'd also like to point out that once we were in the house Natalia was very responsive to my many requests. Now for the house issues. The SPA tub was very dirtly to the point of none of us were going to use it. Rocks seen on bottom as well as residue, cloudy water etc and some dirty paper plates left on the side of it.……

“The stay in Las Vegas was perfect. The home's location (off the Strip) is perfect. Very clean and well maintained new home. Might want to extend your kitchen offerings as far as "regular" size drinking glasses, and maybe a larger coffee pot. Mostly the amenities were satisfactory, but could use a little improvement.”

“I rented this place Because of what was described. Yes it was clean Yes it a newer development. (1.THIS PLACE IS NOT A VILLA (2. THIS PLACE DOES NOT HAVE 8 PLUS BATH. (3.THIS IS 2 5BED ROOM 2 1/2 BATH HOMES ACROSS THE STREET FROM ONE ANOTHER. IT ONLY HAS 4 FULL BATH BETWEEN THE 2 HOMES. OF COURSE THIS WAS AN INCONVENIENCE WITH THE GROUP WE HAD. I ASK FOR EARLY CHECK IN DIDN'T RECEIVE HOUSE INFO UNTIL A FEW MIN. BEFORE 4PM . RESPONSE TIME WAS POOR UP UNTIL WE NEEDED TO REQUEST AN EXTENSION ON……

“This property is family friendly. Stores are really close to property, quiet neighborhood. Communication was great with renter.”
