「I listened to noise all night and couldn't sleep.」

「I found high levels of chlorine in the water from their faucet. I was terribly ill during and after my stay. Don't stay here! The lights outside are irresponsibly bright. They never open the windows making for awful ventilation. I'm filing a police report.」

「Everything was great! The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was really nice and clean」

「The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and cockroaches are hiding beneath them. When I was using the toilet, they crawled out from the cracks. What's even more terrifying is that they climbed onto my bed and pillow. At that time, my son and I were sleeping. A little thing was crawling around under my neck. I was so scared that I almost screamed. I can't believe that I spent over a hundred dollars and got such treatment.」

「I would highly recommend staying somewhere else! The room was absolutely filthy. It had so much water damage, mold, cockroaches, and had a smell of smoke. The place is also next door to a tractor trailer depo and the trucks drive thru the lot non-stop, all you hear are air brakes and loud diesel engines!! We were scheduled for two nights and left. 「Maid service was not good. We had to go to office on the 3rd day to get clean towels. Never made bed and didn’t empty trash. We took it out ourselves. Staff in office was great.」

「The door handle broke, trapping me in my room. I was unable to get out. When I discussed this with the manager the next day, I was told that I would get a partial refund. I thought this was fair and satisfactory. Yet when I followed up regarding the status of the refund, I was told that I had to handle this with Expedia. So there maintenance problem, which put me at risk, is not my responsibility? That is a failure to take responsibility for customer service. (And there was no shampoo, so...

「This hotel is very convenient to stores and restaurants especially my favorite Cracker Barrel and Arbys. I love the customer service and breakfast here. This the hotel I stay at whenever visiting Harrisburg, PA. I just love love this place, my second home.」

「Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.」
