Had a great stay over the holiday. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly, the room exceeded my expectations, and everything was very clean, including the pool area. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the shower in my room, the glass “door” doesn’t go across the entire shower so I felt like water easily got on the bathroom floor but it wasn’t terrible as long as a towel was down.

Our stay was most pleasant. The room was clean, bed comfortable - we travel with our own pillows, the ones they provided were good support. Kitchen stocked well. EVERY member of staff was incredibly warm and friendly. Special shout out to Elizabeth who kindly delivered some printed pages - OVER AND ABOVE... Happy to give a Residence Inn 5 Stars!!!!! (not the same as a Ritz Carlton 5 Stars) Room for improvement: The in room coffee was horrible (tea bag style packets). We appreciate a tea kettle... understand that we are a minority int he USA (boiling in a pot was fine) Our biggest issue was the temperature control in the room. Without changing the thermostat , we went from too cold to too warm (during warm summer months). With that stated, we would still HIGHLY recommend this hotel and be very happy to return.

Excellent!

Very comfortable stay in a 2 bedroom suite. Clean and modern, smart tv with streaming capabilities in each room. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, particularly “Celi” who took very good care of us at breakfast. We will definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at the Residence Inn Marriot in Mechanicsburg (Enola?), PA. The room was very clean and comfortable. The entire property looks brand new...and you can tell: Everything is freshly cut and the entire building looks like it was just put up. The staff is very friendly, professional, and made our stay very enjoyable. The studio suite was modern and very spacious. We always enjoy having a kitchen to prepare late night snacks or odd hour meals. It makes things super easy. The included breakfast is quite delicious. Our two mornings there we had scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Plenty of everything with attentive staff to refill anything that runs low. This is such a no hassle way to start the day. Love it! Whenever we visit family in Mechanicsburg, there's always a bit of a scramble to find a nice hotel close to where the family is gathering. For sure we have now found our go to hotel whenever we visit Mechanicsburg. Stay here, you won't be disappointed. Cheers!

The bed in our room was terrible. We had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed, because the mattress had such a deep impression in it. It felt as if we were sleeping on a decline with our feet above our heads. Otherwise, this was a very nice hotel with a clean lobby. I especially liked seeing the basketball court, though we did not use it. It was a nice addtion.

Very disappointing

We got to our room and it was never cleaned. The bathroom had toothpaste splatter all over mirror, hair in the sink, bed was unmade. We went downstairs changed our room and the tv didn’t work, turns out it was all unplugged. The next morning the shower head was broken. It was not a good experience. The staff was great, they felt bad, very apologetic. I will say the burgers there are great. It was very disappointing, I wouldn’t stay there again.
