Perfect for the family!

This place is the best location, it was clean and well decorated. Check in/out process is at another location which is slightly inconvenient.

Lon Weekend Getaway

Our family of 7 (6 adults and one child) had a wonderful stay at the property. The location was perfect for riding the Comal several times in a row. We saw deer in the backyard everyday which was a treat!

Nice overall

The property is smaller than the pictures appear. Our party of five was comfortable but any more would not have been. The place purportedly holds nine. The kitchen is small allowing only one person to work in there. The grounds were nice and we saw deer daily. It backs up onto the Comal. There is a drop in point a short walk away that allowed a float of about 30 minutes back down to the property. The pool was nice. The property is across the street from an entrance to Schlitterbahn and just a short drive from restaurants.

Comal Cozy Condo

We had a blast at our condo on the comal. Tubing, fishing and Schlitterbahn kept us busy during the day. We cooked and hung out in the condo at night. Location was superb. We spent four days at the condo and wish we had booked seven.

Perfect Location

This condo was clean and decorated really nice! Huge back porch with two tables. Easy access back to the condo if you’re coming off the river and have your own tubes. We will be back!

It had everything we needed.Our only complaint was the mattress in the master and one other room was quite honestly the most uncomfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on.(That’s not an exaggeration!) It felt like we were sleeping directly on a box springs. I contacted management about it after the 1st night and was told the owner just bought new mattresses last winter. IF that’s true they bought the absolute cheapest they could find. For the price you pay to stay here you’d expect at least a moderately comfortable place to sleep at night. We couldn’t wait to get home just to get some sleep.
