We have been snowbirds for many years and been involved with many properties and agencies, this was definitely 5a good experience. The condo was so nice, cozy, peaceful, and super clean. The 2 balconies overlooking the Comal River had the best views. We could have sat out there for hours. The master bedroom was super spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The condo was close to everything. The property manager was very communicative and we felt very welcomed and taken care of. Would definitely recommend to our friends and family. And would love to come back.

Relaxing vacation on the Comal

From the moment we arrived until we left we enjoyed every minute in this comfortable and beautiful place. Everything we needed was there. Thank you for having us and we will be back! The location was perfect for us and our children. I loved the patio in the early morning and evenings.

Great location and clean

We had the best time! The river float was a perfect length. We got out and walked around multiple times! Schlitterbahn right across the street was great! We also went to the caverns which wasn’t too far. Thanks for the awesome family vacay! Condo was very clean!

New Braunfels Stay

You cannot beat the location and the view. The dryer and toilet were both broken but maintenance was quick to fix. The sheets were dirty on the pull out couch. The shower heads did not work properly and it was impossible not to flood the floor.
