“Nice, quiet location on the channel. Check-in was very simple. Upon entry of home, first impression very clean. Most everything was clean except the refrigerator and the back deck. We are non smokers with no pets. Deck left with butts and dog mess. Felt we had to clean up previous mess so we would not be charged. “We hosted our son's graduation party at Maple Lane Retreat and it was a hit with all ages! The pond was clean and beautiful. The outdoor seating area was perfect and provided so much additional seating and we enjoyed the scenery. So easy to decorate since magnets are provided. The projector screen was a perfect addition to the party and we were able to show photos the whole time. This house provided a great location for our parents to come together and welcome our son home for a short weekend trip. We could all hang out together at meal times yet have our own areas to spread out. This property is large and has beautiful views of the lake and canal, a large porch area with access from several places around the property. “Booked a weekend camping trip for our 9 year old because the amenities looked fun for a family. Park model camper is nice. Water is not usable. Smells like sewer. Turning on the faucet or shower results in gassing the entire camper. The inside was clean but outside was covered in spiders and in need of cleaning/treatment.
