「Pool is under construction but that didn’t bother us. Great breakfast. Great staff. Clean. Good location.」

「When we arrived we were told the elevator was broken leaving us to carry all our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. There was water dripping from the ceiling in the hall just outside our room. The carpet was wet in the room. There was a horrible odor in the room of air freshener. The fridge door was crooked and didn’t close all the way. The bathroom was very poorly maintained with cracked tiles, a plastic bag catching a leaky pipe, the valence was knocked off and crooked…I could go on and on....

「The pool area with bar service to you while you are wading in the pool is the best! Then sit poolside and order a burger or snack! Live music and towel and water bottles free for your stay! I love this Hotel and Casino! I will always come back.」

「A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. The man at the counter was nice enough, but he needed to go check to make sure our room was cleaned. We waited close to 10 minutes in the lobby before he returned. There was no A/C in the lobby and there were dehumidifiers running in the halls. When we checked in I was not asked for ID or a credit...

「We had a very clean and nicely updated room. Staff was friendly and parking wasn’t an issue. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.」

「The room was clean, staff was very helpful and efficient. Plenty of free parking. I was there for a conference so no gambling fir me. Looks like everyone was enjoying themselves. The only thing that I didn't like was all the cigarette smoke. It came through the air vents in the meeting rooms and bedrooms. That was not good especially since I am a non-smoker.」

「Location was great. Staff is wonderful, very nice people at the front desk, at the breakfast area they were on top of refilling urging that was empty- very good attention to detail. Overall good stay, need to do some upgrades and carpet had some stains. Over Al it was clean and comfortable and again very close to the dunes and beach.」

「97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :(」

「The hotel stay was overall acceptable, but the room felt quite outdated and could really benefit from a refresh. The furnishings and decor appeared worn, and the carpet looked old and not as clean as it should have been, which affected the overall impression of the room. Updating the room and replacing or deep-cleaning the carpet would go a long way toward improving the guest experience. The staff was pleasant, but the condition of the room did not meet expectations.」

「Helpful staff and mostly clean. There was what looked like a small hole in the sheets that was caused by a cigarette or something that had heat. But other than that it was a good stay.」
