"My main concern is that they don’t provide water in the room. That 50 cent difference says a lot about whether you care about your customers or simply don’t care at all. The jacuzzi does not work, the mattress is extremely worn out and uncomfortable, so you can’t rest properly, and to make things worse, there is a constant “beep beep beep” sound all day and night. Overall, the experience was terrible, and the staff provided very poor customer service and assistance."

"The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. It was nice to be able to have a hot breakfast. The coffee was great! The housekeeping staff was on point. We even left an item behind and they found it for us and mailed it to us, now that’s Customer service.! I highly recommended this hotel."
