「Check in was a breeze and since we were traveling with our pup, she made sure we had a courtyard room. Very clean and staff was friendly. We had the dinner buffet which was delicious and enjoyed the complimentary hot coca and music. Of course the Festival of Lights was fantastic! We will be back.」

「The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry”
This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.」
