We came down to celebrate my husband's birthday and have a family vacation before deployment that was relaxing family time. This place was perfect! Nestled in a quiet valley off kentucky lake with private boat slip and dock. Very quiet, great fishing and very friendly lovals. Definitely recommend.boating,and friendly

Loved the house. Location was great. Still close enough to be able to run into Murray. The dock was amazing! It was so nice to be able to just walk down to the lake to hop in the boat. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck.

We really enjoyed this place. The shallow slope to the heater and the great dock were aspects we really loved. We used the grill and fire pit most days. The kitchen was so well equipped we did t use anything we brought other than a knife we like. Also they were really helpful in answering questions and taking generous with our requests. What a great stay

House was very comfortable and well kept. Good neighborhood. Very peaceful and quiet . Would certainly stay again. Only negative was the dock area. Water and electricity were not turned on and the fish cleaning station hadn't been cleaned from last time it was used. Had a great week at the lake.

We loved our stay at this house. The location was great. The dock was nice and it is probably the easiest walk to the lake we have ever had at a lake house. The house is adorable and very clean. The kitchen has everything you should need. We will be back!

My son and I spent 4 days at the property with the main goal being fishing for anything that would bite. Unfortunately, the lake was being reduced to winter levels at the time of our stay, so the depth at the fore of the deck was only about 1.5 ft. this madethe fishing mostly bobber on reds with returns of wide variety of shiners, baby stripers (hybrids?), baby large and small mouth bass and even a baby drum. However, the hose has on display a lovely set of navigation charts of the lake, which helped us identify really good spots of deeper water and then the Google maps did the rest. We were able to land several small mouth buffaloes (each over 20 Lbs), so we had a lovely time. The house is clean, well maintained, with all the amenities one may want (smart TV with the option to stream directly from your phone anything you'd like to watch, stable and strong dual channel Wi-Fi so if you need to do work remotely - perfect, opn wood fire pit, or the lazier option of chilling next to the gas-fired one). The area is beatiful with deer, armadillo, posum and skunks abundant in the natural habitat. Plenty of birds too! Absolutely beatiful!

The property is beautiful. Plenty of parking. Even though there is a home on both sides of the house, the privacy is amazing. Sitting on the back patio or fishing off the dock, you almost forget there are neighbors. Absolutely loved the charm and atmosphere and will definitely stay there again. Perfect place to bring a boat and, unlike many lake front rentals with a thousand stairs straight up and down to get to the water, it's a short easy walk from the house to the dock. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I'd do differently is stay longer!

The house was very clean it was so homey and beautifully decorated. Furniture was very comfy. We spent alot time on the patio watching the humming birds and early morning deer making thier way through the yard while looking out at the gorgeous view of the lake. We loved floating on our floats in the lake in the afternonn and playing cards on the patio in the evening. We had a long over due, relaxing, peaceful and fun weekend and really loved and enjoyed your property. Leslie T.

We really enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the fire pit area and the enclosed porch area. The beds were comfortable kitchen included all the amenities needed to cook. A couple of things I would recommend giving attention too. One is the location we had a hard time locating the address. I recommend putting the numbers above the garage or somewhere by the driveway. Also a light on the front porch would be beneficial when arriving at night. I would also recommend installing either a larger water heater or a tankless water heater for the restroom and shower by the garage. Water went cold after 2 showers in the evening. Other than that it was a very nice quiet stay and enjoyed the view every morning.

All the thoughtful touches....fuzzy throws, single use toiletries, laundry supplies, coffee and teas and a beautifully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed the house, the yard and the lake.
