“The hotel location is very good nearby the riverside. but the cleanliness and sanitary condition wasn't acceptable. There are too many ants in the living room,bed room as well as in the kitchen. Then I informed the landlord and he brought the Insecticide to kill most of these ants, he apologized and explained due to the weather caused so many ants moving in the house, my boy was very scared and he felt very disgusting of it. In the early morning still few ants appears from time to time, they……

“住宿很好，很乾淨，需要物品一應俱全，而且在市中心很方便，也有煮食用具可煮食。因我們沒有太多行李，所以上樓梯也很方便，樓梯會經過牙醫診所地下與一樓的房子，沿著樓梯上去需經過它們才上到頂層，是很特別的體驗，整體住得很開心，窗外風景很好，睡房也看到教堂，花灑水壓與溫度也很好，晚上洗澡很舒服！特別推薦所有人也預約，但樓底不算太高，個子太高的要注意！”

“Prince Rupert House is a very beautiful house on a country estate. It has an outdoor pool which our grandchildren loved. Also croquet, tennis court and lots of walks. We had no issues with the house … it slept 10 comfortably and would accommodate 12. Great place to go and relax. 25 minutes from York and 30 minutes from Harrogate. All in all a lovely time together as a family. No complains at all. I can heartily recommended this place. They also have smaller properties too.”

“The apartment is quite small, no drawers etc, however it’s immaculate. Easy walking distance to all attractions. There is a Morrisons /Waitrose about 5 mins away for any necessities you may require and a wonderful welcome pack awaits you.”

“Fabulous properties, comfortable surroundings and excellently stocked with everything you could need. Great walks and only 15 minutes drive into York. Great pub on the corner of the street….enjoyed by all!”

“This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back ”

“Exceptionally well-presented holiday let - plenty of room with everything we needed. Very quiet, farm-land location with plenty of bird-life to keep us company and many places of interest nearby, including a local pub serving good food. Would happily stay here again.”

“Good: The hotel is well located and impressive in its public areas. All the staff are friendly and polite The breakfast is very good Not so good: The room itself was not too impressive. The room was stuffy, safe didn’t work, and the shower was a trickle. Overall location 10 out of 10 so if you are out and about exploring York all day and arriving/departing by train it would be good choice. If you want to relax in your room then I would recommend a different room category or another hotel. ”
