“Disappointed in room…….carpet stained, bathroom floor not as clean as I would have expected, previous guest’s socks left on bathroom floor, and generally not pleased with this particular room.”

“Only had one issue with room, that being a toilet that got clogged on first morning, Informed desk, who informed maintenance man, who came up within 15-20 minutes and had it unclogged within 5 minutes. Said it was his first day; he made notations of other minor repairs needed (touch up paint, replace drain stopper). Breakfast-waffle maker had issues the 4 mornings we were there, either broken or out of batter, which was taken care of each morning. One morning a staff member working in breakfast……

“It was quiet and clean spot for my family member to rest”

“Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of good towels, quiet.”

“The hot tub in the room was not functional. Everything else worked as stated in the description. ”

“There was blood stain on sheet they had to come change it and THEN the mattress protector had a big stain on it and she thought I didn't see it. Also there were no towels upon entering room and the remote control was in op sooo we couldn't watch TV we thought it was the battery but I bought some and still in op and then they didtn even take trash out n our room. And some of the staff didn't even speak English. Will not be staying here again”

“Breakfast staff were great. The bathroom needs makeover, very outdated. Room was fine. ”

“Property was decent but not nice. Had people hanging outside of my room. Not sure I would stay there again.”
