"Was convenient to everything "

"Our room was on a floor with a youth hockey team. The young boys ran through the hallways, yelling and screaming, and banged on our door well past 10 pm. We called security twice but they were not able to stop the kids.The hotel allegedly could not move us to another floor despite the fact when we checked in the staff joked with the couple ahead of us saying "Let's make sure you're on a higher floor because there are hockey teams on the lower ones." The same staff member checked us in and did not do that for us. We were unable to get a refund or voucher for another stay because we booked through Expedia.and not the hotel. I will never use Expedia again. "

"I stayed at this hotel many times. While the staff has always been wonderful, the conditions decline. The 2nd floor carpet is a trip hazard everywhere, it has come unstuck from the undersurface and bubbles up in many areas. Our first room of the night, 261, the toilet broke. They fixed it. Then the shower broke, oscillating between Luke warm and ice cold. I requested a new room, we moved to 251. The water was hot. The security lock was missing. Heating/ac units are rusty. The whole thing needs an overhaul. Again, staff was wonderful, from front desk, to maintenance to housekeeping."

"Black mold growing all over the steam room. We asked them to clean it but i was unusable oit entire stay. "

"My friend and I just wanted to get away for the night! So we only stayed one night but we hung out on the hot tub made friends and had a blast! The hotel is great. I didn’t have the breakfast cause I slept in. The shower is awesome. The water pressure was amazing. I didn’t give it a five stars just because five would be perfect"
