「Right on the water」

「Great location and ocean views.The floor and carpet were not clean They did send housekeeping the next day and they corrected the problem.The bathtub was dirty and a stove eye caught on fire from grease. I probably will not come back to this property.It should be maintained better for my requirements..」

「It was okay, I have stayed here for years but this time I felt it was not as well maintained. I asked for a crib at check in time & they said they would deliver it. It was after 11 pm when we got back in that night & no crib, also no answer so we had to move the mattress in the floor so our 9 mth old wouldn't get hurt.」

「When we arrived, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, when we got to our room, it had not been cleaned yet. I could tell the staff member felt disappointed when I informed her, but she handled the situation professionally and resolved it well, which I appreciated. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. We were also able to relax and enjoy our stay once everything was sorted out. 「We got to the hotel and they didnt have a room after we booked two months in advance. The hotel staff were very much helpful with trying to accommodate us. They offered us the only room available which had a leaky ac wall unit. Which at the moment was ok due to the fact we had an event to attend. They called the maintenance guy who attempted to fix it. When we returned back to the room after our event the room smelled terrible. It smelled like mold or mildew to the point my friend began throwing...

「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」
