「I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to take advantage of downtown Wilmington’s attractions. Having an assigned, off-street parking space removes any stress about finding and paying for parking. Plus you can easily walk down to the riverwalk from the apartment. The place itself is exceptionally spacious for the money and the balcony is a great place to soak up the atmosphere of the historic neighborhood. We will be back!」

「Super cute and cozy house in a great location. Easy beach access and quick to all Carolina Beach attractions. Host was incredibly friendly and responsive. Beds are very comfortable and dark curtains allow you to sleep in at the beach (which is rare!). Small but mighty kitchen. I cooked for 5 nights and had no issues. 」

「We were quite disappointed. No table. No chairs. No hooks or other storage. Stained duvet. “Couch” was pitiful. No instructions about TV. Husband fell and bruised his arm when chair on front deck collapsed (rotted wood). Sewer-like odor. Had to buy candles. 」

「Place was clean and perfect for two friends overnight. Furniture was showing wear but beds were comfortable. Wish there had been extra blankets available but place was well equipped overall.」
