Original room - toilet kept running and it wouldn't flush. The mattress was clearly beyond it's expiration date due to a massive body sized crease. Heater was extremely noisey especially every time it cycled on-off. The staff was GREAT! They quickly upgraded me to a larger/better room and everything ...
