“Overall this rental suited our needs. Location right on lake was excellent. Needs an instruction manual left on site with Wi-Fi and other property info and owners expectations of renters during and upon departure. Kitchen counter needs updating and/or repair. Furnishings sparse and need cleaning. No dishwasher Owner/Host was very responsive and prompt to requests. ”

“Communication leading up to check-in was terrible. I didn't receive check-in instructions until I was on the road heading there. I had to ask more than once. However, once I received them, they were very detailed and easy to follow. There is a massive road construction project happening around the building, so that wasn't great, but it didn't really disturb us.”

“This property fit all of our needs. The location was good, the apartment was spacious and it felt private. It’s not fancy but very comfortable! One minor complaint was the kitchen was bare bones for utensils and spices. Overall we were very pleased. We were there for five nights.”

“Host was kind and responsive but house was in poor condition not as nice as pictured. There is NO KING size bed as advertised (only twin and full). It was obviously smoked in often and not clean. Some sheets were worn through and mattresses were cheap and hard. We found smoking remnants throughout the home in windowsills, closets, drawers with other personal items like an inhaler. Washer and dryer were barely working and the furnace struggled too. Some parts of the house just would not warm up.……

“Communication was great, but the room was not clean. The sheets had black hairs everywhere. As soon as I looked under the bottom sheet, it was worse. The dust was awful too. And it got really hot during the night. Unfortunately, you have to share the temp with other guests staying. So keep that in mind. There was no refund offered. Just a new room in a totally different building, and my circumstances it wasn’t an option. If it was actually cleaned and had clean sheets it wouldn’t be a bad place……

“The property was overall very good and adequate. Location was great. Each room had individual HVAC devices which was great since each of us could set temperature to our liking. Only negatives were that outside stair rail was a little loose and the floors were very creaky.”
