Great little spot in a great neighborhood

Enjoyed this spot a ton. Very clean, very quiet. Quaint family oriented neighborhood. Not a great spot if you’re looking to blow it out for a weekend in Nola, better as a cool quiet spot to retire to and relax after being out all day/evening after experiencing the city. Lots of places close by on feret and in the garden district. Would def stay again for sure.

Fantastic property and location

A lifesaver for our daughter who was flooded out of her Tulane dorm. Place was immaculate and cozy, in a perfect location. We may stay the nice time we visit NOLA!

We were able to combine a working event with pleasure with this amazing accommodation. Convenient to meetings, dining, shopping, the jazz festival with the comfort of a full kitchen, office space and living area!

Excellent location and comfortable lodging

I stay in many locations and types of lodging, and New Orleans is a regular for me. This combination of location, quiet, and comfort is rare. I will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Joseph St Unit

The unit was clean and roomy for one person. It is near a city bus stop ~3 blocks to Freret and ~3 block to S. Claiborne. If you have a vehicle, parking may be a challenge. For a short stay this unit is great. For a longer stay - needing to wash clothes is an issue as there is no washer/dryer. Overall I was very pleased with the unit and the personell I dealt with - very accommodating.
