I had a group of 12 friends stay at this house for NYE and a football game at the super dome. It was walking distance to the stadium which was super nice. The house was awesome and definitely as pictured but a few things were a little quirky. The hot tub/pool was great but there were no instructions that we could find so it took a while to figure out how to work it and the host never responded when I asked for help. Additionally the clean towels were all left in the dryer and the clean dishes were all still in the dishwasher and we didn't realize until the 2nd day which was annoying. Lastly and probably the biggest thing is that the air conditioning was very confusing. The largest bedroom on the upper floor in controlled by a few different thermostats and we couldn't figure out which ones so that room was a sauna while the rooms downstairs were freezing. Not sure how that can get fixed but it wasn't the best. All of these small things didn't ruin our experience at all though; this house is definitely great for large groups and is an amazing aesthetic it just has some kinks to work out.
