Excellent stay!

Excellent stay at a fantastic location in New Orleans. The walls of the bedrooms were very well sound proof so allowed a quiet sleep and the living room and kitchen were very nice.

We had the best experience staying here! The location was fabulous and in close proximity to most things. The property manager was phenomenal, very responsive and helpful! The place was clean and tastefully decorated. We had the best time and would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Perfect place to relax yet be right by the French quarter

The apartment was beautiful & clean. We loved sitting on the balcony each evening. It was a short walk to the quarter & great restaurants. It was nice to stay somewhere quieter than being right in the quarter. Would most definitely stay here again.

Close to it all

This place is exceptional and well worth the money. You can see the casino from the balcony yet the streets on this end are quiet at night. Parking prices overnight were a bit steep but plentiful and close at the same time. The bed is so comfortable, it’ll be hard to get up each day and the full size sofa style patio furniture on the balcony is a good spot for coffee and people watching at any hour. Definitely 10/10 would recommend!

We had a great time. The Claudette was very nice. The family above us ran around all night and kept us up, but other than that no complaints. I know yall have no control over this but it was bad. Also, the vending machine took $20.00 from us. Just want ya'll to check that out. Thanks, and hope to rent again next year.

Great place - close to everything

We stayed for a college visit. Although we have been to New Orleans several times, we had never stayed in the warehouse district. The place was great, spacious with everything we needed. the ceilings were so high and great character. They even left some snacks and bathroom needs. The bedrooms don't have windows which I was a bit nervous about being claustrophobic but I was not at all. Probably because of the high ceilings. Plus, it was nice and dark and QUIET! You never get a quiet bedroom in NOLA. I'd definitely stay again.

The condo was very lovely, clean, and comfortable! There was plenty of space. The recommended restaurants and grocery stores were great. The hosts communicate very well and truly strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible! The condo has everything you need, making everything very comfortable. Wonderful place to stay.

Comfortable beds. Quiet. Nice layout. Well supplied kitchen. Full size washer and dryer. Good water pressure and warm water. We loved the balcony. Only struggle is parking. However, there are arrangements with a local hotel a block away that worked well for overnight parking.
