“The condo was as advertised. Great value. For that reason alone, you shouls stay there. The 5 stars are for the owner. I experienced a life threatening medical emergency. Steve was immediately responsive and did all he could to support us through this situation. He is a genuine caring and compassionate human being. His recommended driver, Monique, is also a truly fine person. With minimal notice, she picked up our kids at the airport and brought them straight to the hospital! I can never……

“Just finished 5 weeks at this condo. The condo was clean and well kept and furnished with high end pieces. All the staff from maintenance to the security guards were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed that the condo is in a very quiet area with no loud parties or disturbances. It is centrally located on paradise island and is close to everything. Spent many days by the pool relaxing, often having the entire space to ourselves.”

“This space is so comfortable and in a convenient location, walkable to fish fry, the beach, and downtown Nassau. Cal is a very attentive and responsive host, checking in throughout our stay and putting in effort to make our stay as seem less as possible. This was our first time in Nassau and this space served as the perfect spot. 10/10 would recommend!”

Communication was great with the host. *Side note* If you want to use the amenities it does cost per day with a 3 day minimum per person. No big deal for us, but just good info to know about. There is a great restaurant within walking distance. ”
