“We booked a shuttle from the airport ahead of time. It was a great experience.”

“We recently stayed at The Reef at Atlantis while I was travelling for work, and it worked well for both business and family. From a family perspective, it was a great choice. The kids absolutely loved the water park, and the aquarium is genuinely spectacular — there was always something to explore. They also really enjoyed the kids’ club, which gave them some independence and variety during the stay. My husband made the most of the casino, so there was truly something for everyone. The room……

“The hotel is nice but the rooms too small. Bathroom is open in the hallway with the shower door glass. Not appropriate for families. The pullout was too small for 2 children. Hotel was nice. Food was pretty good but very expensive. Beach and pols got crowded. Seemed like there was charge for too many things - private pools, cabanas and premium beach chairs. Hard to find a beach chair. Water park was fun - lines were not too long. ”

“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“Air condition didn’t work that day had to go to another hotel. Outside noise was loud. Other than that ok. I iPad a night at another hotel”

“Ac did not work. Fan in bathroom could not be turned off. Room was next to janitor and close to street so too much noise. Location was soso. Staff was friendly though”

“The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked……
