“Gracious host. Clean place.”

“We enjoyed the location which was away from the large, commercial, stereotype complexes that try to keep you in their “hotel bubble.” This is a small and quiet place that offers tranquility. It has a charming beach front with trees. You are away from the congested traffic, 11 minutes south from the airport and close to other beaches in the area. A 15 minute drive to Clifton Memorial park offers pristine beaches that are natural and isolated. A 2 minute walk from the Villas takes you to a scuba……

“The room wasn’t a hotel. It was an apartment. The apartment had visible black mold growing on the walls and the furniture. And sheets were slept in and dirty and the mattress was dirty. The sinks also hadn’t been cleaned. ”

“Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. ”

“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“Bad area to stay the night as a tourist it is not close to any of the resorts or tourist attractions I ended up leaving didn’t even spend the night the whole week I was there I had to buy a hotel room close to the beach”

“Place was clean beds and pillows comfortable. Waiters/staff around pool not efficient they don’t walk around often enough, just not great service around pool area. Nice facilities breakfast was great but $39 for eggs and potatoes daily was quite steep. Place was in great area in the middle of many places walkable to straw Market nice and convenient”

“I'll start off by saying that we would stay here again. The staff was the best! Very hospitable, friendly and helpful. We sat by the pool but didn't use it. The hotel is literally across the street from the beach, so didn't have a need to go to the pool. The hotel is in such a great location--can't beat it. Our view was just beautiful! Restaurants are close--we walked to every restaurant we went to. Downtown shopping is 10 minutes away. With all that said, the hotel is a bit outdated as……

“Property is just as the pictures described a lil wear here and there but the is expected. other than that it was good stay ”

“Beautiful hotel. It was quiet and relaxed. Service was friendly and courteous. Dinner at OIA was excellent. Would greatly recommend for those who are looking for a resort that isn’t “overwhelming”, this is a great choice for Nassau.”
